Calling Education NPC is registered as a Public Benefit Organisation (930055017) with the South African Revenue Service. Donations are tax-deductible and Section 18A certificates are issued to donors.

Calling Academy Stellenbosch is registered as an independent school with the Western Cape Education Department. The EMIS number of the school is 100000617.

Calling Academy Kroonstad has been successfully registered with the Free State Education Department as of January 2022.

Calling Academy Stellenbosch completed the self-assessment component of the Umalusi accreditation process in 2021 and is awaiting confirmation about Umalusi’s final accreditation visit. This process will only take place later for Calling Academy Kroonstad.

Calling Academy Stellenbosch is affiliated with the Independent Schools’ Association of South Africa (ISASA).
